“I had the good fortune of working with Rachel on my first book! Rachel is a master of content development. Recently, I read the first draft of my book as compared to the final product after Rachel encouraged and helped me to flesh material out, and I was stunned! Rachel has a steady, clear way of encouraging one to dig deeper and to get clearer about one’s message and content without the process feeling overwhelming or impossible. With the help of Rachel’s input, impactful content enhancement and suggestion techniques, my book One Happy Thought became an Amazon Best Seller in one day! Rachel made the journey of completing my first book so simple and straightforward, and I can’t thank her enough for all her help!
Dr. Rachel Panton, is really a delightful person and instructor. I am most impressed by her ability to listen carefully, give writers specific and helpful feedback for revisions, and gently push participants to revise.”

“I was searching for a creative outlet to express and record the many facets of my life. Fortunately, I came upon a course offered by Dr. Rachel Panton called "Memoirs of the Soul."
Having never had the time to sit down and collect my thoughts on my past, this class has been a wonderful opportunity to focus on my life, on myself, and the many stories that weave my experience together.
Dr. Panton facilitated exercises that have helped me delve deeper into my history and start recording it on paper. Through sharing my writings and receiving feedback from my fellow students I have developed my writing skills.
This class has opened up a thoughtful process for me to verbalize my emotions and my life experiences. I highly recommend "Memoirs of the Soul" to anyone who enjoys interacting with others, writing creatively, and having a good educational experience.”

“The book Process:
I was referred to Dr. Rachel Panton by a professor who contacted me for permission to utilize a prayer I had written in a book. I did not know her. During our brief conversation she suggested I should write a book and then referred me to Dr. Panton. I had already been planning to write and the conversation I had pushed me closer to beginning the writing process. I contacted Dr. Rachel and it was one of the best decisions I made. It was nowhere in my brain space to look up someone who could assist me in this process. Dr. Rachel and I reached a covenant agreement and we went to work. Her guidance into the writing process was invaluable. She enabled me to focus more on the particular area I wanted to bring to life in the book as well as how to tell a story with depth and in ways to know the background of those I was writing about. Dr. Panton gave me the outline to use in the process. And we agreed that i would write in a week and mail it to her for critique. We would meet the following week by conference call. Dr. Panton taught we so much about writing and she brought to the table a non anxious presence which served to keep me calm which increased my confidence. I am not certain how I would have made it through this process if not for Dr. Panton literally gave me the gift of wings to navigate myself to the publishing process as she was there to walk with me, guide me, and strengthen my gifts along the way.
Indeed, I am grateful!
Providing a lecture to my students:
Dr. Panton led me through the book writing process while I was teaching in a seminary. Her expertise enabled me to write in ways I never knew I needed to write. Dr. Panton has so much to offer in the field of writing that I wanted my Doctorate students to experience her and learn from her. I encourage my students and others to write their story And, I knew Dr. Panton was the one to call. She generously accepted my invitation. Dr. Panton took my class on a writing journey and had them doing various writing exercises. My students were so impressed with Dr. Panton’s expertise and thanked her following the presentation and me following the class time. One of my students hired her and today she has written a wonderful manuscript. Wherever Dr. Panton goes in life, I pray she takes these gifts along with her. The world of women writers need her gifts.”
